Return & Exchange Period
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. No requests accepted after that period.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs—both for returns and exchanges.

Exchanges
Exchanges must follow the same 30‑day timeframe. Customer pays return shipping; one exchange per order.

Final Sale Items
Sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
